Tracy is a partner at O’Keeffe O’Brien Lyson Foss Attorneys, and she brings many years of experience advocating for clients in the area of family/domestic law and civil litigation in North Dakota and Minnesota to our firm.
Tracy is a legal representative for divorce, custody, visitation, and child support issues. She is also involved with the North Dakota Collaborative Law group. Her passion for helping others has helped make her the great attorney she is today.
In her spare time, Tracy is actively involved in giving back to the local communities. She is currently a member of the Northern Cass PTO, is on the Board of Directors for Guardian, Fiduciary and Advocacy Services, and is a Sunday school teacher at Olivet Lutheran Church. She is also the current mayor of Argusville, ND.
