Some attorneys are generalists, others specialize. Dean Rindy is definitely a specialist, and his forte is real estate law and title insurance. He represents individual and corporate clients in North Dakota and Minnesota, especially in the Fargo-Moorhead area.
If it involves property—purchase, sales, trade, anything—Dean is a highly regarded, leading real estate attorney in the area. He’s been working in the real estate law area for many years and has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America, Super Lawyers and Chambers USA in his practice area for many years.
Dean has local roots. Born and raised in rural North Dakota, he graduated with honors from North Dakota State University and with distinction from the University of North Dakota School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in North Dakota and Minnesota, and he has received the certification of Real Estate Specialist from the Minnesota Bar Association.
He is a member of the North Dakota Title Standards committee, is an SBA 504 Designated Attorney for Expedited Loan Closings, and a Special Assistant Attorney General for the Bank of North Dakota. Dean is a licensed abstractor, title insurance agent, and an adjunct professor at Minnesota State University Moorhead where he teaches real estate law. It’s obvious that Dean specializes in real estate law, and he shares his knowledge with others. He has given numerous seminars on real property law, mortgage foreclosures, and he is an annual presenter at the Real Property, Probate, and Trust seminar.
