What is the American Association for Justice?

The American Association for Justice is a National organization of trial attorneys dedicated to seeking justice.  The American Association for Justice provides information, professional support and a nationwide network for trial attorneys representing people who were injured by the misconduct of others. The organization also works closely with judges and lawmakers on the local, state and national level.

The Mission of the American Association for Justice is to promote a fair and effective justice system—and to support the work of attorneys in their efforts to ensure that any person who is injured by the misconduct or negligence of others can obtain justice in America’s courtrooms, even when taking on the most powerful interests. It is the mission of the AAJ to preserve the constitutional right to a trial by jury. See more here.
