Over the last several years, North Dakota has seen a tremendous increase in the number of semi-trucks that travel across the highways in our state. When it gets to be winter, it gets especially problematic because of these big vehicles. We see so many people across the state of North Dakota and elsewhere who are hurt when something goes wrong, when a semi-truck hits their vehicle, causes a crash, or creates a hazard. A big truck can be a hazard in and of itself if you’re not careful. More importantly, if the driver of that big rig is not careful and is not following the rules of the road, they can do some real damage to property. And worst of all, they can seriously hurt or kill other individuals on that road. If they’re not careful, you get hurt.
